Moneytree to discontinue current services in Australia from 15 January 2021

From January 2021, Moneytree will cease to provide its current services in the Australian market. Moneytree, a leader in open banking and financial data aggregation, has been operating in Australia since 2017 and has invested significantly in the local market. However, delays to the rollout of open banking in Australia and some Consumer Data Right (CDR) requirements have made market plans difficult to deliver. In addition, COVID-19 has significantly delayed potential business opportunities.

For Australian users of the Moneytree app 
From 15 January Moneytree’s app will cease operating in Australia and users’ aggregated data will not be viewable thereafter. 
We encourage users to download a copy of their Moneytree account before the closure. Details on how to export data can be viewed here.

For Paying Subscribers
Thank you very much for your subscription. As part of the shutdown, our paid subscriptions will no longer be available after the closure date. All subscribers can continue to use paid features until the closure.

If you subscribe via the Google Play or our web application: your subscription will be automatically cancelled and refunded for the unused portion.

If you subscribe via the Apple App Store: Unfortunately, Apple App Store does not allow us to unsubscribe on your behalf. Please cancel your subscription as shown here.
