We started from a personal finance app developed based on the principles of Privacy by Design, which has been well received by people for its simplicity and design. Since then, we have evolved into a reliable partner, giving people control over their financial information and helping achieve financial freedom.

Our company logo is used for representing Moneytree in Australia and Japan.
The Moneytree logo was created using Circular typeface as a wordmark which represents a universal platform and a reliable and trusted partner that provides a powerful foundation for various services.
The connection between the letters "y" and "t" indicates that our company name is spelled as a single word, and a reflection of our mission, emphasising our role of connecting and empowering people, businesses and financial institutions with data driven experiences through technology.
The app icon with the elephant character ‘Chibi’ is used to represent Moneytree’s personal finance app found on the App Store and Google Play. This icon should not be used to represent the Moneytree company.
The elephant character called “Chibi” has been the face of our app since its launch to create a friendly and approachable feeling to bring a sense of familiarity.
Elephants have long been revered as a symbol of good fortune, wisdom, and stability by people in different cultures, and we were inspired to become a friendly and reliable figure so people feel safe using Moneytree.
Our typeface includes Circular for English and Axis for Japanese.
For English, we use the warm, functional Circular typeface, which is well balanced and for Japanese, we use the clean, neat, elegantly soft Axis typeface.
The typeface is easy to read and stable, which helps deliver our message succinctly and clearly.
Our brand colours are used to provide accessibility, simplicity, and consistency throughout all brand communications.
Our primary brand colours are Tree Green, Ground Black and Sprout Green. Secondary colours are used for alternative colour theming in illustrations, patterns or in user interfaces.
Tree Green and Sprout Green represent fresh growth, and Ground Black, which enhances communication, as well as a sub-colour of light blue for clarity, yellow for motivation, and red for confidence.
We use photography as a way to connect us with our community, expressing the spirit of trust, collaboration and fairness that is at the heart of Moneytree and the comfortable, natural way of life.
Our images of people and their lifestyle should feel relatable to our audience and portray our core values: transparent, supportive and honest.
The photos also reflect our desire to be a transparent and open platform and have the flexibility and core strength to adapt to change.
Illustrations are used to make complex concepts easier to understand and tangible.
To make the content more intuitive, the illustrations are drawn with simple black lines, varying in line thickness and softness, and incorporating playful motifs to visually complement the text.
The patterns are used in the background to add vibrancy and playfulness to communication and to express a friendly and fun atmosphere.
